Honours even for Primavera in Sicily

Fabio Grosso’s Primavera outfit were held to a 2-2 draw by Trapani at the Stadio Provinciale di Erice on Saturday afternoon.

Greek striker Anastasios Donis gave the Primavera a half-time lead with a penalty before Vajebah Sakor doubled their advantage five minutes after the restart.

With Grosso’s side seemingly coasting their way to a third league victory, Trapani halved matters thanks to Iuculano’s finish on 74 minutes before Ferracane capped off a spirited late comeback to equalise at the death.

Next up for the Primavera is a home encounter with Virtus Entella next Saturday 27 September, kick-off 15.00 CET.
