UNBEATEN VS LYON: Lyon have never won against Juventus in European competitions (1D, 3L), losing both home games against the Italian team with the same scoreline (0-1 in the quarterfinals of the 2013/14 Europa League and in the Champions League Group Stage 2016/17).
LYON VS ITALIAN TEAMS: Lyon have been eliminated on both previous occasions in which they faced Italian teams in the Champions League knockout stage: 1-3 overall against Milan in 2005/06 (quarter-finals) and 0-2 against Roma in 2006/07 (round of 16). On the other hand, Juventus have always passed the round against French teams in this stage of the competition (4/4).
