Several Juventus players took to the field for their national teams on Sunday, with Andrea Cambiaso shining bright despite Italy's Nations League loss.

Starting off with that match at San Siro, top spot in the group was at stake as Italy hosted France. The visitors took an early lead, and were 2-0 up when our very own Andrea Cambiaso turned in a cross to reduce the deficit, finding the target once again for his national team. It would not be enough, with Les Bleus adding another in the second half to win 3-1. Manuel Locatelli also started the match alongside Cambiaso, while Federico Gatti and Nicolo Savona were unused substitutes.

In the group's other encounter, Israel earned a 1-0 win over Belgium, with Samuel Mbangula remaining on the bench.

In international friendly action, Jonas Rouhi started Sweden Under-21s match-up against Ireland, playing 72 minutes as his side went down 3-2.
