Federico Chiesa's smile stands out in the evening of the National Teams. Italy won against North Macedonia 5-2 and Fede was the absolute protagonist: a brace in the final minutes of the first half for the goals of 2-0 and 3-0, to mark an insurmountable gap between the Azzurri and the opponents.
The other goals were scored by Darmian, Raspadori and El Shaarawy. Federico Gatti was a starter and on the pitch for the whole game.
THE OTHER MATCHES
Wojciech Szczesny started for Poland in their 1-1 draw with the Czech Republic. Weston McKennie started and played the full match for the United States as they beat Trinidad and Tobago 3-0.
