Juventus welcome Fiorentina on Sunday 30 October for what will be the sixth meeting between the two teams in Turin in Serie A.
The Bianconere have won four of the fixtures in a match that holds a special place because of an unforgettable moment in J Women history.
THE FIRST TIME
Juventus and Fiorentina first met in Serie A on the evening of 8 December 2017 at the Ale & Ricky stadium in Vinovo.
The starting XI picked by Rita Guarino was: in goal, Giuliani; in defence, Hyyrynen, Gama, Salvai and Boattin; in midfield, Rosucci, Galli, Isaksen; in attack, a front three of Bonansea, Franssi and Glionna.
MARTINA'S MAGIC
The player that stood out from the crowd that day was Martina Rosucci. The midfielder's two goals decided the match.
Her first was a masterpiece, a right-footer from distance that rocketed into the net. Her brace came 10 minutes from the end for a victory that had her name written all over it.
THE TURNING POINT
The following year, Juventus-Fiorentina was played at the Allianz Stadium.
For the first time, a women's football game in Italy was held at a club's principal stadium, and on that afternoon of 29 March 2019 the ground was filled to its 39 thousand capacity.
It was a turning point. Since then nothing has been the same again. The popularity not only of the Juventus Women team, but of the whole women's football movement has not looked back.
A TITLE GOAL
Making the day even more special was the importance of the contest. Juventus and Fiorentina were battling at the top of the Serie A table - at stake was a large slice of the scudetto.
The Viola were trailing by a point when they arrived at their appointment in Turin. Sofie Pedersen's crucial header was enough for the Bianconere to claim the win and extend the gap over their rivals to four points, and another league title was all but in the bag.
THE CURTAIN RAISER
Eight months later Juventus-Fiorentina was played again, this time on the season's opening Matchday.
Also this time the final result was 1-0 thanks to a headed goal, with Cristiana Girelli on target after just 10 minutes.
FOUR WITHOUT REPLY
The fourth Juventus-Fiorentina meeting was the simplest of those encountered so far.
At Vinovo, Juve dominated their opponents with an unanswered four-goal salvo.
The two goal advantage at half time arrived through Girelli and Alves in the game's first quarter of an hour.
In the second half Bonansea added number three 3-0 before suppplying the pass to Hurtig for the final fourth goal.
