Juan David Cabal is officially Bianconero.
The 23-year-old defender joins Juventus from Hellas Verona, signing a contract with the club until 30 June 2029.
Born in Cali, Colombia's third-most populous city, Cabal arrived in Italy in the summer of 2022 for his first experience away from his homeland, having played 50 matches with Atletico Nacional, one of Colombia's biggest teams.
Hellas Verona, then, was his first taste of Italian football, spending two years with the Gialloblu. Last season the left-back made 22 appearances in Serie A, 17 as a starter, contributing to the Veneto side's salvation.
His constant growth, espcially over the second half of last season, was plain to see, featuring in 17 of the last 18 matches of the league campaign.
Now he is ready to take this new and important step in his young career with determination, and we welcome him with open arms!
