In 2016 Juventus headed overseas on a summer tour, which took them to the other side of the globe.
In fact, it started from no other place than Melbourne.
The first friendly match brought victory against the local team, Melbourne Victory. A result repeated a few days later in the International Champions Cup match against Tottenham Hotspur.

The last leg of the tour took the Bianconeri to Hong Kong, where a South China select were also defeated by the same 2-1 scoreline that had been enough to see off Spurs.
As they always are when on tour, the days were intense, with some unique encounters, such as that with an Australian team founded from the idea of Italian immigrants, and which had looked to Juve for inspiration - the Moreland Zebras.
