A brace from Cristiano Ronaldo and dominant possession unfortunately wasn't enough for the Bianconeri to secure all three points on the night.

The midfielder put in a dominant display and tried his luck at goal on a handful of occasions. Unfortunately, he was denied not once but TWICE by the woodwork, all while forcing Luigi Sepe into making an excellent save. His performance saw him come off to a round of applause by the fans.

After completing his transfer back to Juventus last week, Martin Caceres made his home debut in the black and white jersey for the third time in his career at the Allianz Stadium against Parma. The Uruguayan defender's previous league home debuts came against Bologna (2009) and Roma (2012). Caceres has never lost when making his first home appearance for the club.

Ronaldo's brace against Parma meant that he now leads the Capocannoniere (Golden Boot) race for the leading goalscorer in Serie A after netting his 16th and 17th league goal of the season. His tally means he surpassed the number of league goals David Trezeguet scored in the 2003/04 season.

Throughout the 90 minutes, Masimiliano Allegri's men never once fell behind to Parma. Overall, they dominated the proceedings with a total of 68.3% ball possession in comparison to the Gialloblu's 31.7% possession. The Old Lady also completed 313 more passes than their opponents on the night.

Despite the draw, Juventus still sit comfortably at the top of the Serie A table. The 36-time Scudetti winners lead the pack by nine points, topping Napoli in second place.
