A legendary partnership strengthened and celebrated with a brand new product, gleaming with excellence. Hublot will continue to be the Official Timekeeper of Juventus until 2021 – a title it has held since the 2012-13 season.
The Bianconeri club announced their partnership renewal with the Swiss leader in luxury watch making in style on Wednesday evening at a special event held at the Club Gianni and Umberto Agnelli within Allianz Stadium.
In the presence of David Trezeguet, Miralem Pjanic and Paulo Dybala, Hublot presented the club with a new, limited edition stopwatch – the “Classic Fusion Chronograph Juventus” – the third gift to be bestowed upon the Bianconeri by its prestigious partner over the years.
“Playing for Juventus is as good as it gets for whoever, like ourselves, dreams of becoming a professional footballer from a young age,” said Pjanic and Dybala. “Time has a very important value for us, given we have precious little of it, and we must make the most of our time, spending it with those people dearest to us.”
“Family, professionalism and humility are the three words that I would use to describe Juventus,” declared Trezeguet. “I am very happy to have been a part of this club for many years on the pitch and to represent the Bianconeri to this day on trips around the world.”
Giorgio Ricci, Co-Chief Revenue Officer, Head of Global Partnerships and Corporate Revenues at Juventus, spoke of his satisfaction on behalf of the whole club regarding the continuation of the partnership.
“We are proud to announce the renewal of our partnership with Hublot for another three seasons. There are so many victories that we have celebrated together and we are certain that the dedication we put into our work every day, both on and off the pitch, will make the difference in the future because, thanks to the constant attention to detail and improvement sought through careful research, it is possible to make complex movements and mechanisms seem simple. Hublot has accompanied us for many events over the past six years and we are delighted to be continuing this adventure together.”
“I am proud to be here this evening in this temple of football,” opened Ricardo Guadalupe, CEO of Hublot. “It is our company philosophy to be different and unique. For that reason, we are very happy to be a Partner of Juventus, the most successful club in Italy and one of the greatest in the world, who are always looking towards the future. Hublot loves football. Forza Juve, Fino Alla Fine!”
Forming an elegant backdrop to tonight’s event was a photographic exhibition retelling the highlights of a prestigious and dynamic partnership, which has witnessed both national and international events, as well as dedicated limited edition watch collections (the King Power Juventus in 2013, the Big Bang Unico Bi-Retrograde Juventus in 2015 and the new Classic Fusion Chronograph Juventus in 2018) – the latest proof of Hublot’s deep relationship with the sport, as demonstrated also by the campaign Hublot Loves Football.
