For the very first time, the Juventus Academy programme is up and running in Belarus.
Between 25 and 30 May, children from the eastern European country’s capital, Minsk, took part in a Juventus Camp that was inaugurated by famous symbols of Belarussian sport, including former Bianconeri midfielder Sergej Aleinikov, who won the Scudetto and Coppa Italia in 1990, ex USSR manager Eduard Malefeev and professional boxer Alexander Ustinov.
This is just the start of the Bianconeri’s involvement in Belarus: in late August there will be a Juventus Training Camp.
Meanwhile, the month of June will see Camps held across the world, including in the USA, Russia, Hungary, Greece, Albania and Canada.
