Juventus Women to face Chievo Verona in the Italian Cup

The Women's Italian Cup is one of the remaining goals for Juventus this season, as they look to defend the crown they won in Salerno last season by beating Roma through a late Barbara Bonansea goal.

The Bianconere will begin their path against Chievo Verona in the Round of 16. This year sees a change of format, meaning the old mini-groups are gone and a quarter-final place is immediately up for grabs. 

The Round of 16 will be played on October 11 and 12, with the precise times still to be confirmed.

Chievo reached this stage thanks to a 1-0 win at Brescia, with Nicole Micciarelli scoring the decisive goal.
