Mario Mandzukic medical update

Following a deep wound suffered to the supra-lateral region of his right ankle in last night's match vs Inter, Mario Mandzukic received surgical sutures upon returning to Turin.

The procedure, under local anesthesia, was carried out by a specialist consultant in plastic surgery with about ten sutures applied. Manduzkic's status for the next Serie A match on Saturday against Bologna is strongly at risk.
