Joe Montemurro had the following to say after the Bianconere beat Sampdoria 5-0 on Sunday afternoon:
“We're obviously pleased with the result today and the fact we kept playing our game even after we had established a comfortable lead. Perhaps we could have been more clinical in a couple of situations but it was a very good all-round performance.
“I'm happy for Sara Gama, who got another full game under her belt after 90 minutes against Pomigliano. We knew she wouldn't be at her best for the match against Chievo so we preferred to rest her with today in mind.
“I'm also glad Paulina [Nystrom] got to make her debut today. She'll obviously need a bit of time to settle in but we have high hopes for her as she offers us something different to our other forwards and is a very talented player. I have similar expectations for [Soledad] Belotto – she's very good indeed. I'm happy to have four top-quality keepers.
“However, after a performance like today's I must emphasise the excellent contribution from every one of the girls.”
