JOSE' MOURINHO
Man United boss Jose Mourinho stressed his team should take the positives from their match against Chelsea, when they were denied all three points by a stoppage-time equaliser, before billing Juventus as 'more than a contender' to win the Champions League.“Against Chelsea there were contradictions in our feelings. We're happy with the performance but disappointed with the result. I've told my players to keep the enthusiasm from our performance, that happiness, pride and confidence about the way we played so that we can produce another great performance tomorrow.“We've shown on more than one occasion what we're capable of and we want to show it again tomorrow against a team like Juventus who have fantastic players. It's not just [Cristiano] Ronaldo; they've got [Leonardo] Bonucci, Cancelo, Emre Can – I hope everything is ok with him and that he's soon back on the pitch.“Juventus have a lot to offer. They have an extra year's experience with the same coach and structure. For the last five years or so they've been real contenders to win the title. They've played two finals and won seven Scudetti on the trot so they are more than just a contender for the Champions League this season.”
ROMELU LUKAKU
Romelu Lukaka reflected on the disappointment of Saturday's draw at Stamford Bridge before looking ahead to the clash against Juventus and offering praise for Cristiano Ronaldo.“We're disappointed with the result against Chelsea but the atmosphere has changed and we're playing well. “Tomorrow will be a really difficult game but our aim is to win. We're ready and we'll do our best so that we can see where we stand against one of the best teams in Europe.“Ronaldo is an example for every player. You only need to look at how he prepares himself for games and the way he performs.”
