Since the beginning of December up until Roma-Juve, Cristiano Ronaldo has scored nine goals in Serie A, more than any other player in the top-five European leagues during this period. To be precise, nine of the 14 goals scored by Juventus in Serie A.
As if that wasn't enough? He scored 14 goals in his first 19 league games - the exact same at this point last season... Only one other player in Juventus history has scored at least 14 goals in more than one season after the first 19 Serie A games, John Hansen in 1951, 1952, 1953.
We're speaking, of course, of CR7, who experienced an exceptional December (and who started off well in the first two games of January).
