Over 700 people attended the inauguration of the local Juventus Academy in Suzhou, China. Two Juventus Legends, Brand Ambassador David Trezeguet and Fabrizio Ravanelli participated in the opening. Along with Jay, many youngsters were at the E-Sports Arena taking part in a fun session of meet and greets with the two former players.
The bond between Juve with China continues to strengthen, with China being a strategic country for the international development of the Club. This summer we will travel to China to partake in the International Champions Cup tournament, playing a match against Inter as part of our strategic growth plan.
Suzhou is the sixth Chinese Academy, after the five situated in Shanghai, Zhuhai, Nanjing, Tianjin and Meishan; hosting a total of over 700 children. The total number of Juventus facilities in the world now rises to 57, of which 18 are in Asia.
