The Bianconeri training at Continassa continues, with more players rejoining the group day after day, as the team get set to return to domestic duties. Following on from the returns yesterday of Federico Bernardeschi, Leonardo Bonucci and Miralem Pjanic, today Emre Can, Merih Demiral, Matthjis de Ligt, Blaise Matuidi and Wojciech Szczesny all returned to base this afternoon, in preparation for Saturday's game against Fiorentina. Cristiano Ronaldo also came back to Turin, with a day off granted for the Portuguese number seven.
Before today's training, the team were visited by young and talented MotoGP driver, Fabio Quartararo, who took part in a shirt swap with Douglas Costa.
After which, today's session got fully underway. Following activation and neuromuscular work, the players focused on tactical exercises by position and finally finishing with individual work.
Tomorrow, the team will be back in the afternoon.
