Coach Igor Tudor, Manuel Locatelli and Pierre Kalulu spoke to the press after Juventus’ 1-1 draw with Roma on Matchday 31 of the Serie A season.

IGOR TUDOR

“We must concede fewer chances, although it must be said that today we lacked the structure that the absent players, [Gleison] Bremer, [Federico] Gatti and [Juan] Cabal would bring, however there is still room for improvement. Having said that I really liked the first half performance, in which we did some very interesting things. Then they grew into the game and equalised, but we closed out the match looking for the winner and that is a good sign. We're not happy because we didn't win, but this is a game that gives us confidence. The goal? The quality of the players is always decisive; in general, it wasn't obvious to attack that area and show that level of awareness. Me? I'm very happy to be here, but I don't have time to enjoy the moment, because we have to get to work right away..."

MANUEL LOCATELLI

"The win would have been the most important thing, but we put in a good performance tonight. The coach asked us when he arrived to believe in ourselves. We played an aggressive game, we have to work on that because we maybe showed some signs of fatigue: but the attitude we are showing is important and if we can keep that then it will serve us well.”

PIERRE KALULU

"There is some bitterness about the draw, but confidence in our strength and goals remains: we worked well during the week, concentrating on possession, on duels and on the aggressive defensive phase, even with the three-man defence that requires a lot of physical intensity but gives us motivation. The result is not fair because I think we deserved more, even if we have to analyse some situations, myself included; however, a point against a team in great form should be valued, every game counts and we must remain focused. The goal remains the same: to qualify for the Champions League, because that's what we all want.”
