  • Juventus have won three of their last four Serie A matches against Roma, losing the other. Generally, the Bianconere are the side to have beaten the Giallorosse the most in the Italian top flight (12 times, at least five times more than anybody else).
  • Roma have conceded 42 league goals to Juventus, at least 14 more than against any other side and, again, a record high.
  • In the five games between these two sides during the Poules phase of the season, the Bianconere have the edge with three wins to Roma’s two.

Opposition Focus

  • Roma have hit the woodwork more than anybody in Europe’s top-five leagues this season (25 times), and four of those have come against Juventus.
  • Last time out, Moeka Minami scored her third goal of the season, and only teammate Lucia Di Guglielmo (four) has more goals among defenders this campaign. As well, Juventus are one of the two teams that she has scored more than once against (twice, along with Fiorentina), including in the last game against the Bianconere in March.
  • Valentina Giacinti is one goal shy of 50 in Serie A. The Roma No.9 has also scored against Juventus for three clubs - Milan, Fiorentina and Roma.
  • Evelyn Viens is responsible for 20% of Roma’s Serie A goals against Juventus (five of 26), making her the Giallorosse’s top-scoring player against the Bianconere. As well, she has had a hand in at least one goal in six of her seven appearances against the Bianconere.
