SWISS TIMING - Juventus Women start their participation in the UWCL group stages for the second consecutive season in Switzerland, 277 kilometres from Geneva, where they made their debut last term, also in the month of October.
FIRST FOOTING - Along with Sofia Cantore, Arianna Caruso is the Bianconere's top scorer this term in Europe, on two goals each. The midfielder was also the first player ever to score for Juve in the UWCL group stages with the opening goal against Servette last season.
SHARP SHOOTERS - FC Zürich are the UWCL 2022/23 top scorers, with 17 goals so far; Juventus sit in sixth place in that specific ranking on 10 goals. However, only one shot splits the two teams in terms of attempts on goal, with Zürich's 68 to Juve's 67.
CLEAN SHEET - The Swiss champions are the only side yet to concede a goal after having participated in as many as four matches in qualifying. For their part, the Bianconere have conceded two.
LOOKING BACK - FC Zürich have already met Italian opposition in the Champions League proper in season 2010/11, when they were eliminated 7-3 on aggregate in the Round of 32 by Torres.
