The game in Campania kicks off at 15:00 CEST.
REGULAR VICTIMS - Juventus have won each of the four games they've played against Pomigliano in Serie A, and one of those was the opening day in 2021/22, with a combined score of 13-1. Only Sassuolo have a better have scored more goals against Pomigliano than the Bianconere.
SLOW STARTERS - Pomigliano have never won on the opening day of Serie A, losing 3-0 to Juventus in 2021/22 and 2-0 to Roma last season. They are the only team to have not scored in each of the last two Serie A opening weekends.
CARUGOL - No Juventus player has more goals against Pomigliano than Arianna Caruso's three. She had 15 goal involvements last season - five goals and 10 assists - which is a total bettered by no other midfielder in the league.
FLYING OUT OF THE TRAPS - Cristiana Girelli has scored 14 opening-day goals in Serie A, more than anybody else to have played in the last 15 years of the Italian top flight.
SIX FROM SIX - Juventus have a 100% record in season openers, winning six from six so far. In the era of three points for a win (since 1995/96), only two other teams have managed such a record: Torres (eight between 2006/07 and 2013/14) and AGSM Verona (seven between 2003/04 and 2009/10).
