Paolo Tagliavento has been named referee for Sunday’s Derby della Mole between Torino and Juventus at the Stadio Olimpico.
The 42-year-old is to oversee his 22nd Bianconeri fixture in all competitions, with the club’s record under his tutelage currently standing at eight victories, five draws and eight defeats.
Terni-born Tagliavento, who is taking charge of his maiden derby between the Turin duo, has already run the rule over one fixture involving the Old Lady this season: January’s 3-1 success away at Napoli.
He’ll be flanked at the Stadio Olimpico by assistant referees Elenito Giovanni Di Liberatore and Andrea Edoardo Stefani, goal-line officials Luca Banti and Andrea Gervasoni and fourth official Alessandro Petrella.
