Versatile midfielder Emanuele Giaccherini enjoyed another successful season in the black and white stripes, weighing in with a vital contribution whenever deployed by Antonio Conte.
The 28-year-old, who joined from Cesena in 2011, made a total of 17 championship appearances, equating to 942 minutes on the field of play.
Despite commanding impressive statistics in defensive areas, winning 77.8% of his 27 tackles made, it is in the final third where Giaccherini really excels.
He dispatched 33 shots on goal, 15 of which hit the target, and found the back of the net on three occasions throughout the course of the championship campaign.
In terms of passing, Giaccherini’s rate of accuracy is second only to that of Martin Caceres, with 86.1% of his 469 deliveries in the opposition half reaching their intended recipient.
