Juventus, who returned last night - Saturday 14 September 2024 - from Empoli, immediately met up this morning at the Training Centre to start preparing for their next challenge.
The away match in Tuscany began a busy eight-day period that will see the Bianconeri on the pitch three times. After the challenge at the Carlo Castellani, Thiago Motta's team will be back on the pitch on Tuesday, 17 September to begin their journey in the new-look Champions League competition. The first of the eight matches in the League Phase will be at home against PSV Eindhoven, with kick-off set for 18:45 CEST.
At Sunday's training, the squad was divided in two, as per usual on the day after a match, with those who started against Empoli dedicating themselves to a light training session, while Saturday's substitutes and those that did not feature focused on ball possession drills and athletic training.
For tomorrow, training is set for the morning, before the pre-PSV press conference, scheduled for 13:30 CEST at the Allianz Stadium, which you can follow live on Juventus.com after registering on the site.
