25 January 2024
Juventus will play their last game of January in front of a packed Allianz Stadium as they look to maintain their 100% record in the first month of 2024, Massimiliano Allegri’s men having won three in Serie A and two in the Coppa Italia since the turn of the year.
The Bianconeri are due to host Empoli for an early evening kick-off (18:00 CET) on Saturday 27 January, on Matchday 22 of Serie A.
The Tuscan outfit meanwhile appear to have been rejuvenated by their recent change in the dugout, with the appointment of Davide Nicola leading to a 3-0 victory over Monza last weekend.
Juve’s preparations gathered pace on Thursday morning when Allegri put his troops through a high-octane session in Continassa.
The squad began with some drills on building play and finishing moves. Afterwards they were split into groups for position-specific work: the defenders focused on defensive organisation while the midfielders and forwards did shooting practice.
On Friday the team will reconvene for another morning session before the coach sits down with the media at Allianz Stadium for his traditional pre-match press conference, live on Juventus TV from 14:00.
