Training Center | Morning workout at the JTC

Day 2 of pre-season at Continassa, with the Bianconeri who had already returned to base meeting at the Training Center in the morning. Today’s session focused on technique, with specific exercises on game situations divided into departments, with an athletic workout to close the training.

Meanwhile at J|Medical, there were morning medical examinations for Federico Gatti, Nicolo Rovella and Juan Cuadrado.

Tomorrow the squad will return to the field once again in the morning.
