After touching down yesterday, David Trezeguet’s busy Japanese adventure continued with a morning visit to the stadium of Fukuoka’s famous baseball side SoftBank Hawks, where he was greeted by none other than team captain and superstar Nobuhiro Matsuda.
The meeting of two sporting greats inevitably attracted the attention of local media, and Trezeguet was more than happy to answer questions about his career and Saturday’s opening of an exclusive J-Lounge in Fukuoka during a press conference at the ground.
In the afternoon the Bianconeri legend spent time with 100 lucky Juventus fans at the sportswear store Kamo, where he chatted with supporters, posed for photos and signed autographs for all present.
Trezeguet’s time in Japan will culminate in tomorrow’s grand unveiling of the J-Lounge, a special place for Juventus aficionados to congregate and share their passion for the black and white stripes.
