A special day for the Bianconeri, who continue their preparations in view of Sunday's friendly match in Barcelona, for the Gamper trophy.
Today Juve trained twice, in the morning on the pitch, and in the afternoon, focusing on strength training in the gym.
The session on the pitch saw the Bianconeri engaged on the pitch with a beginning athletic phase in a technical session, with rondo exercises and others dedicated to attacking moves and finishing.
However, this morning’s training session was a special one, because it was also the first, in a long while, in the presence of invited fans in the Continassa stands.
A nice injection of enthusiasm to continue the pre-season preparation in a great way. Tomorrow, the team will meet on the field in the afternoon.
