1972/73: UJPEST DOSZA
After Ujpest are able to claim a 0-0 draw in Turin in the 1972/73 European Cup quarter-finals, the Bianconeri are forced to go and get a result in Hungary in order to qualify for the semis.
However, Juve get off to a bad start as the home team take the lead after a minute of play as Ferenc Bene opens the scoring. It would soon get worse as in the 13th minute the home side doubled their lead through Andras Toth. But La Vecchia Signora rallied and Jose Altafini reduced the deficit by half on the 30-minute mark, before Pietro Anastasi was able to level it up by scoring in the 56th minute.
The match finished 2-2 and saw Juve advance to the semi-finals on the away goals rule.
1994/1995: BORUSSIA DORTMUND
Juve take to the pitch at the WestfalenStadion in order to reach the final of 1994/95 UEFA Cup, after the first leg of their semi-final finished 2-2 in Italy.
The Bianconeri go in front after just six minutes when Sergio Porrini heads home Roberto Baggio's corner. However, the celebrations are short-lived as just four minutes later ex-Bianconero Julio Cesar restores parity from a free-kick. Juve weren't to be beaten and re-took the lead before the end of the first half with a free-kick of their own. Baggio struck a sublime effort into the back of the net that would seal the Old Lady's passage to the final 4-3 on aggregate.
1997/1998: DYNAMO KIEV
In the quarter-finals of the 1997/98 Champions League, Juve were heading to Kiev with the scores level at 1-1 from the first leg in Turin. Despite the first game being an even contest, it proves to be far from the case in Ukraine, as a hat-trick from Filippo Inzaghi and a strike from Alessandro Del Piero sends the Bianconeri through in vain of Serhiy Rebrov's consolation, 5-2 on aggregate.
2002/2003: BARCELONA
Another epic game sees Juve travel to the Camp Nou in their Champions League quarter-final second leg, after a 1-1 draw in Turin.
Things start well for the Bianconeri, as Pavel Nedved cuts into the box and fires a quick strike at the goalkeeper's near post to leave him with no chance and Juve 1-0 up. However, Xavi levels the scores in the 66th minute and then Edgar Davids is shown a second yellow card to leave Juve heading into extra-time with 10 men.
However, the Bianconeri continue to battle and in the 114th minute, a cross from the right is swung in by Alessandro Birindelli and Marcelo Zalayeta is first to react and fire home for Juve who win the match 3-2 on aggregate to book their place in the semi-finals.
2004/2005: DJURGARDENS
Following a surprise 2-2 draw in Italy in the 2004/05 Champions League third round qualifying stage, Juventus were forced to travel to Sweden with Champions League qualification on the line.
Del Piero opened the scoring on the night in Stockholm after 10 minutes, only for Johan Arneng to level shortly after. David Trezeguet restored Juve's lead 10 minutes before half time, and then the Bianconeri would go on to win comfortably with Nedved and a further strike from Trezeguet sealing Juve's qualification as the game finished 4-1 on the night (6-3 on aggregate).
2013/2014: FIORENTINA
Having tied 1-1 with Fiorentina from 2013/14 Europa League Last 16 first leg, Juve are in search of goal in Florence in order to progress to the next stage. The goal duly arrives in the 71st minute from a fantastic free-kick by Andrea Pirlo to seal the match in the Bianconeri's favour.
