LINETH ON FIRE
Two of the three occasions in which a player has scored more than one goal in a match so far in the 2023/24 season have involved Lineth Beerensteyn, who has netted two braces. Lineth has found the net in each of her last four Serie A home starts, claiming six goals in total.
Maelle Garbino is the only player to have scored more than once and provided more than one assist in the same game over the first four matchdays of this Serie A season, achieving this feat in two instances.
Sassuolo are the first team against which Cristiana Girelli has entered double figures in Serie A with Juventus. Cristiana has scored at least three goals in Juventus' first four games of the season in each of the last five Serie A campaigns.
THE FIFTH AND TENTH TIMES
The Bianconere scored four goals in a first half for the fifth time in Serie A. The last time this happened was against Inter on 23 May 2021.
Sassuolo have become the second team which Juventus have beaten more than ten times in Serie A, after Fiorentina. Similarly, Juventus are the first team to beat Sassuolo ten times in the Italian top flight.
