The international window is well underway for the Juventus Women players called up by their respective nations, with a number of Bianconere having been in action on Friday, 21 February.
Let’s take a look at how they’re faring.
DENMARK-SWEDEN
One of many ‘Bianconere derbies’ this month, with Hanna Bennison and Emma Kullberg’s Sweden coming up - and winning - against Amalie Vangsgaard’s Denmark.
Hanna started the game, and was replaced by Emma towards the end, while Amalie came on for the final 30-or-so minutes.
FRANCE-NORWAY
Another game that saw Bianconere face off, with Pauline Peyraud-Magnin and France edging Mathilde Harviken’s Norway 1-0, with both playing 90 minutes.
ITALY-WALES
Barbara Bonansea, Sofia Cantore, Cristiana Girelli and Martina Lenzini were all chosen from the start by Andrea Soncin against Wales.
Barbara got the game’s only goal, while Martina played the full 90 minutes.
SWITZERLAND-ICELAND
Viola Calligaris helped Switzerland to a clean sheet in their goalless draw with Iceland.
