Juventus Women and Inter meet for the 11th time this Sunday, November 19, on what is Matchday 8 of the 2023/24 Serie A season. Ahead of the 16:00 CET kick-off time, we have looked back at some of the Bianconere's previous home games against Inter.
Both of last season's games ended in draws in Vinovo, with a thrilling 3-3 being played out on September 11, 2022, before a 2-2 draw on May 6.
February 16, 2020: 5-1
The first women's Derby d'Italia was a memorable one for the Bianconere. Barbara Bonansea put on a show and her celebration from the day is one that we haven't forgotten. A relatively tricky first half was close, but Bonansea's strike sent us in ahead at the break. Things opened up in the second half with Valentina Cernoia, Linda Sembrant and a brace from Cristiana Girelli pulling us clear of our visitors. Regina Baresi scored for Inter to temporarily make it 2-1.
May 23, 2021: 5-0
Another big win came a year later as Juventus Women ended another title-winning campaign in real style, marking a 22nd win from 22 matches and doing so in emphatic fashion.
The Bianconere raced into a 4-0 lead inside just 19 minutes, with Sara Gama, Cristiana Girelli, Arianna Caruso and Tuija Hyyrynen scoring. The fifth came late on through Andrea Staskova, and the celebrations continued.
March 21, 2022: 3-1
This game confirmed Juventus' superiority over Inter, and Lisa Boattin played a starring role in this win as she scored twice. Tatiana Bonetti scored for Inter, but Agnese Bonfantini netted our third to kill the game off, with that strike completing a perfect week for the winger - now on loan at Inter - after her goal at the Allianz Stadium against Lyon in the Women's Champions League.

The image above is fitting, with Rita Guarino returning to Vinovo having been the first great coach in the history of our women's team. Joe Montemurro picked up where she left off and continued a winning cycle by winning three trophies and they went head to head on September 11, 2022.
Now, this weekend, Juventus and Inter meet again but for the first time at Biella.
