Juventus legend Zinedine Zidane was back in Turin today for a coaching masters course organised by the French Football Federation, with a meeting alongside Giuseppe Marotta on the agenda for the Frenchman and his contemporaries.
The initiative, which forms part of a number of visits to top European clubs, brought Zidane, Claude Makelele, Willy Sagnol, Bernard Diomede, Claude Le Roy, Guy Lacombe and Franck Thivillier to Juventus Center, where the club’s head of training check Roberto Sassi was on hand to kick off the first of three days in Vinovo.
Joining Marotta and Sassi in handing out advice was another familiar face to Juventus, Christian Damiano, who acted as Claudio Ranieri’s assistant between 2007 and 2009.
