In order to reconstruct commuting habits, we conducted a survey among Club employees. The results allowed us to adopt several solutions to reduce the use of private cars, which emerged as the preferred mode of transport. In particular, we have implemented:
-The regulation of smart working through individual agreements;
-The introduction of the Road to JHQ shuttle service, connecting Turin Porta Susa station to the club's headquarters with morning and evening runs, reducing the use of private cars and optimizing commuting;
-The gradual replacement of the company fleet with low-emission vehicles: today, the Juventus fleet is largely composed of hybrid/plug-in vehicles (64%);
-The installation of electric vehicle charging stations at the main facilities, making them available for both company and private cars;
-The Juventus Bikes project: 15 bicycles distributed across various company sites, available to employees for service travel between nearby locations or for wellness activities during breaks, promoting green and flexible solutions for internal mobility.
