As part of our commitment to integrating ESG themes into our organization, we have decided to include the "Team Sustainability" within the "People & Culture" division, now renamed "People, Culture & Sustainability". This choice reflects our belief that sustainability values should be shared and put into practice daily by all members of the organization, not just by "experts".
We work to involve, support, and empower all employees and collaborators so that they can internalize the principles of sustainability and integrate them into their daily work, becoming protagonists and promoters of sustainable change.
