People First

We place a strong emphasis on people and their well-being within the Club. As part of our commitment to integrating ESG themes into our organization, we have decided to include the "Team Sustainability" within the "People & Culture" division, now renamed "People, Culture & Sustainability". This choice reflects our belief that sustainability values should be shared and put into practice daily by all members of the organization, not just by "experts".

We work to involve, support, and empower all employees and collaborators so that they can internalize the principles of sustainability and integrate them into their daily work, becoming protagonists and promoters of sustainable change.

We believe that a safe, inclusive, open, and stimulating work environment, based on talent development, is essential for our continued growth. Through our Talent Management Program, a two-year program designed to identify and develop the skills of selected talents within the company, we have further strengthened our commitment to professional growth.

In parallel, we involve all our employees in training activities that - in addition to traditional technical training - promote a culture based on respect, equity, and inclusion. For example, training courses conducted in collaboration with Fondazione Libellula have addressed issues such as cognitive biases, prejudices, and the importance of inclusive language. Additionally, in partnership with Magazzini OZ, we have developed specific training programs for store personnel, with the aim of facilitating and supporting the inclusion of people with disabilities.

We have also developed welfare and well-being plans that reflect our sporting nature and our commitment to the well-being and mental health of our employees. The Juventus Sport Programme offers free yoga, functional training, and pilates courses taught by qualified instructors, designed to encourage a healthy lifestyle even during working hours. To support this program, we have inaugurated a Fitness Room exclusively dedicated to our employees, with the aim of providing spaces and tools to cultivate physical and mental well-being. These initiatives are just a few examples of the attention we pay to improving the quality of life of our people, promoting a balance between work, health, and personal well-being.
