Juventus Women, like their male counterparts, will also be in European action this week.
On Wednesday, 18 September 2024, at the ‘Pozzo-La Marmora’ in Biella, the Bianconere will host PSG in the Round 2 first leg fixture of this season's Women's Champions League, with kick-off set for 19:00 CEST.
Coach Massimiliano Canzi and striker Cristiana Girelli shared their thoughts ahead of the big game.

"Playing two such important matches puts us in a position to pay a lot of attention on our defense. Every goal we concede becomes difficult to recover from in these kinds of matches. Our defensive work, therefore, will have priority, but not because our intention will be to defend throughout the two matches. We are aware that our defense is strong, both in terms of organisation and the individual quality of the players."

"Within the dressing room, we are all looking forward to this game. Obviously there is great enthusiasm, there is excitement. We all know the importance of these two matches. We can't wait to take to the field because we've been training very hard over the last few months and I think each of us has had this match in the back of our minds, in every training session. Obviously you think competition after competition, but I'm sure there has been a little thought in each of us day after day. It's natural, that's the beauty of these matches."
