The Italian Super Cup, that will be played on Sunday at the King Saud University Stadium, became the perfect opportunity to officially inaugurat the Juventus Academy Riad. This was done by the Juventus Brand Ambassador, David Trezeguet, who yesterday visited the Academy, incepted in September in the Saudi capital (the third in the country, after that of Jeddah, inaugurated, also during our trip to Saudia Arabia for the Italian Super Cup, and that of Al Khobar, making a total of 685 players in). For Trezeguet, it was a day of celebration on and off the pitch. Previously, David met one hundred teenagers who had a training session at the Academy's facility which was then followed by an opportunity for photos and autographs. Then, it was time for him to pick up the microphone and participate in the presentation of the Academy's activities to families and stakeholders. The Brand Ambassador, who declared himself 'very happy to participate for the second time in an Academy event in the area', shared experiences and advice with the young Bianconeri, reminding him of the importance of fun, fair play and dedication.
And it doesn't end there. On Sunday, there will be more than 400 Juventus Academy boys in the present at the stadium to cheer on the team with which they train throughout the year in the academies of their countries. In addition to the 350 young people of the Saudi Academy, groups from the Academy of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait and Oman will also join the King Saud University Stadium for Juve-Lazio. Another sign of the black and white passion in one of the territories with the most academies and members in the world.
