Borussia Dortmund will be aiming to sew up a DFB-Pokal Cup quarter-final place when they travel to third division Dynamo Dresden for this evening’s last-16 tie.
The visitors, who chalked up their fourth straight league success with Saturday’s 3-0 Ruhr derby triumph over Schalke 04, are firm favourites to prolong their journey in a cup competition that began with victories over Stuttgarter Kickers and FC St. Pauli.
Boss Jurgen Klopp is expected to take the opportunity to shuffle his pack ahead of a heavy fixture list, with Marco Reus and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang tipped to make way for the Bundesliga giants.
