Ajax will travel to Turin fresh off a home win over Excelsior, in the penultimate match day of the Eredivisie.
It was game that was never in question, in fact, the game was pretty much decided in the first half through a brace from Huntelaar (10th and 40th minute), while Tadic bagged a goal in the 37th minute.
The scoreline was reduced by El Hamdaoui towards the end of the first half, but Ajax didn't stop there.
The Lancieri came out just as strong after the break, where Huntelaar completed his hat-trick in the 65th minute, but not before Tadic converted from the penalty spot five minutes before. Kasper Dolberg got onto the scoresheet in the 75th minute, while Jeffry Fortes bagged a consolation goal for the visitors as a 6-2 result was wrapped up at Johan Cruijff ArenA.
Ajax's victory means they moved three points above title-rivals, PSV.
