Luis Enrique says this week’s Champions League preparations are business as usual for his team, insisting Barcelona’s philosophy will remain unaltered for Saturday’s final with Juventus in Berlin.
Speaking to the media yesterday, he began: “We’ll prepare as we do for every game. We’ll aim to keep the ball and press as well as we can when Juventus have it.
“Winning the Champions League would signify a treble for us and it’s something that excites everyone. It’s just happened once in the club’s history, and this tells you how difficult it is to achieve.”

The 45-year-old, who spent eight years at the Nou Camp as a player, admits he is wary of the threat possessed by a Juventus side brimming with quality, pinpointing Andrea Pirlo, Alvaro Morata and Carlos Tevez as men to keep a particular eye on.
“I’m concerned about everything Juventus have to offer. They possess quality players. I hope Pirlo doesn’t have too much influence on the game, because we all know what he’s capable of doing.
“They have great defenders who know how to get things moving out from the back. Morata’s been a big asset for the team and has a real nose for goal, while Tevez guarantees absolute quality.”
