Linda Sembrant’s time as a Juventus player has come to an end. Today, a chapter filled with incredible emotion and countless successes has closed.
Bianconera since 2019, Linda made a total of 105 appearances for Juventus across all competitions. Of the foreign players to have appeared for the club, only Sofie Junge Pedersen (119) and Tuija Hyyrynen (112) played more times.
In those 105 appearances, Linda won three Serie A titles, two Italian Cups and four Italian Super Cups, the last of those coming in her final appearance for the club on January 7 in Cremona.
But her impact goes beyond the trophies won: Linda has been a symbol of the club during her time in Turin, and became the foreign defender with the most Serie A goals (five), and one of four foreign defenders to have been involved in at least three goals in a single Serie A season.
With all of her experience, Linda’s enthusiasm has never faded, and she has taken the decision to embark on a new playing adventure.
Everybody at Juventus can only wish her the very best of luck in her next chapter, and thank her for everything she has done for the club.
